1. What are the steps to place orders?
Placing an order is simple. Each product comes with options to customize your order. You can:
- Enter the name you want to print on your product. If you don’t want any name to be printed, please write “None” in the name field.
- Select a charm from the available options.
- If you’re ordering a sketch wallet, there’s an option to upload an image.
2. How do I select a charm?
You can view the available charms by swiping through the product photos. Each charm is numbered from 1 to 74. For example, if you want the "Mr" charm (Number 72), just select “Charm No. 72” from the options. Similarly, for the "Mrs" charm (Number 73), select “Charm No. 73.”
3. Is COD available for Wallets?
Yes, full Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Wallets.
4. Is COD available for Combos, Kadas, Bottles, Cups, Pens, Metal Keychains, etc.?
For items like Combos, Bottles, Cups, Pens, Kadas, and others, COD is available with a 30% advance payment. You can select COD at checkout, and we’ll contact you via call or WhatsApp to pay the 30% advance using UPI or QR code. Your order will be processed once the advance payment is received.
5. Is a Refund available?
Refunds are only available for products damaged during the courier process or for defective items. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide an uncut parcel opening video clearly showing the damage or defect. Once we verify the video, we will immediately process your return and refund.
6. What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, send us an uncut parcel-opening video clearly showing the issue. After verifying the video, we will proceed with your return and refund immediately.
